This is from the guy who did (Ghibli’s) Ocean Waves / I Can Hear the Sea, and Shinigami no Ballad.

So many shows I have known nothing about. It looks very weird, and weird is my business when it comes to being a fan of fiction.

Reminds me very slightly of FLCL and the upcoming Panty and Stocking (with Garterbelt). I love the art style. I’m not a study of art or animation, but the way this is shaded definitely appeals to me in a way no other anime does.
